I thought my clutch had a problem and brought the car in as they offered a free diagnostic check. It turned out a tube related to the fuel injection system had come loose. They replaced it and sent me on my way at no charge. I overheard them talking with another customer and they were very thorough, including providing instructions on keeping a copy of the service invoice in the glove compartment for easy access (and faster warranty service) in case there was any need to use the 12 month/12000 mile service warranty. Mechanics might be ASE certified - I didn't pay attention to that when I was there. They were very respectful and efficient. They schedule appointments to try to keep everything on schedule. The office manager was friendly and competent. A previous office manager wasn't as friendly so some people who have gone there in the past might be more impressed now - they're really working to undo any negative impressions caused by the previous manager.
