When work done at this garage does not solve the problem per their diagnosis, John's Automotive covers the cost themselves. Their guarantee their work completely. I have dealt with John's Automotive with my Honda CRV and my Ford van, class C motorhome, and have always found them to be competent, fair in the charges, and totally honest in the dealings and appraisals. If any error or omission is made on their part, John's Automotive backs up their work completely and covers all charges so the customer does not get "stuck". We have had routine work done on both the Honda and the Ford van, as well as major jobs such as radiator replaced and transmission replaced and have found this shop to be competent, reliable, and more than helpful in explaining the work that has to be done. We have always been completely satisfied with their work.

Love these guys. I've been going to them since a friend recommended them in 2002, and they've been consistently great. They've occasionally even fixed minor issues at no charge.
