I have been taking my BMW 540 "touring" wagon to them for over 4 years. They always keep me up as to what they are finding out, and always ask before doing any additional work. The owner Brian is very knowledgeable and patient. I once was expecting repairs for a complete radiator replacement. All that was needed was a small inexpensive bleeder screw -- saving me hundreds! They keep a running history of your car so you can get those leaks & other items fixed before a major trip.

I've been bringing my VW Jetta here for about four years now. We've recently started bringing our BMW X5 here after the dealer maintenance/service package that was included with the car expired. The owner, Brian Sanders, and his technicians have consistently been great! All maintenance and repairs have been done right the first time. Brian gives customers a heads up about upcoming maintenance that their vehicle will need in the future, which is particularly nice for more costly repairs. I'm called as soon as a technician finds anything unexpected, advised about it, and told what it will cost to fix. Brian and his technicians have always patiently and thoroughly answered my questions and listened carefully when I describe a problem. Brian is really knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge- he's always happy to give advice if you just ask, which was great when we were trying to decide on what features we wanted (or wanted to avoid) when we were shopping for the X5. I occasionally have to take the VW to the dealer for recalls/service campaigns, and every time I do, it reminds me how happy I am to have found a really good independent shop.
