The owner of this shop, Charlie, is fantastic. He is very honest, doesn't try to "upsell" you on unnecessary services, and will take the time to explain things to you. As a female who doesn't know that much about car maintenance, I feel very comfortable handing my car over to him. I also looked around quite a bit before having some major repairs done, and Charlie's quote (which was actually a little more than the final price) was the best I found. I'd recommend his shop to anyone.

I've been going here for over 20 years with VWs., BMWs, Audis, SAABs and an old Jeep CJ5. I find they are always honest, competent and a lot cheaper than the dealer.

Took my cars to Charlie for several years. Charlie & his wife are great. Charlie seems to know his way around a car. Now, here comes the but, it seems Charlie is hiring less than competent employees. The last several times we have taken our cars in the problems have not been fixed correctly. I think Charlie is not keeping as close of an eye on his employees as he needs to.
