This is the only place in I'd take my cars to for front-end work. They get it right the first time and always road test just to make sure. All our cars (Mazda, Audi and Saturn) have there. Two years ago, we bought a '93 Saturn as a college car for our daughter. It had been aligned twice using computer equipment at a local tire store. However, it still drifted to the right badly. One visit to Bee Line resolved the problem. These guys know their stuff!

This shop was recommended by a friend, and I am so happy that he did so. My steering was drifting badly after a minor accident (not my fault!!!), and now it drives straight as an arrow. They also checked to make sure there was no other damage to the front end from the accident--there wasn't. I did need a ball joint replacement, which was reasonably priced. They were extremely communicative, explained (with diagrams!) what was wrong in words I could understand, and called me promptly when the car was done, which was under their estimated time. The thing I appreciated most is that my car needs new struts, which they told me is not a safety issue and stressed to me that I might not want to get it done at this time as my car is so old ('92) and the repair is expensive. They could have lied and told me it was necessary, but they are honest and friendly guys.

These guys have been doing alignment for many years. Many tire shops refer customers to them rather then trying to do it themselves. I had problems with tire shops (that do the alignment themselves)using computer aided equipment. They would adjust alignment according to the machines and never road test the cars. After taking them back several times (the cars drifted to one side or the other) I just gave up and took them to Bee Line. In all cases, they fixed the problem and even road tested to confirm the fix. The bonus is that they charged less than the tire shop for the alignment, so I now go there first.

I like the fact that Bee Line has been around for ever. Through the years they have worked on several of my vehicles and my daughter's minivan. I've always been satified with their work.

They specialize in alignments but do other work as well. If they can't do the repair, they will recommend a specialist or someone who does.
