Pino is a scrupulously honest man who cares passionately about his customers and his work so much HE's the one who ends up being gets screwed by his customers instead of the other way around, but don't try it--when he does go to court he wins. He's a sentimental "sweetheart," but what can I say, he's ITALIAN! Ok, he's from Sicily. He's taken care of two Volvos for us for the last fifteen years, and I trust him more than I would a relative--better yet, as much as my dog. It's a small one or two man shop. If you're a real human being, he's your guy. If you're a jerk, stay away.
