What I like best about Leszek is that he has the soul of a Hungarian poet. Dealing with "high-end" cars exclusively has developed in him a heightened need to "cushion the blow" when explaining to his customers the repairs they will need and the amount they will pay, leading him to explain everything at great length and in great detail, rationalizing it all with a shrug and a philosophical attitude. For example, when I once tried to put off a tuneup until after Christmas, saying it "wasn't a good time," I got a 30-minut electure in heavily accented, lugubrious tones about how there is never a good time for anything that must be done, but it must be done anyway. "Ven iss good time?" he demanded. "Ven you are on side of freevay, engine smoking? Zen iss good time?" Somehow he equated my procrastination with the fact that my husband and I don't have children yet. "If you vait until good time, you vill never have keeds!" He is priceless.

We learned about Autohaus Munich from your site. What a wonderful repair business. Owner is scrupulously honest, gives alternatives to consider, defers works if not necessary and is definitely German. We're refugees from Audi Dealerships where we could never be sure if the work proposed really needed to be done. Can't say enough good things about Autohaus Munich.
