TROY HAS KEPT OUR 2 OLD CARS RUNNING YEAR AFTER YEAR. WHEN A FRONT WHEEL BARRING WENT OUT, HE EXPLAINED THAT THE OTHER ONE SEEMED OK SO WE COULD SAVE A $100 UNTIL IT WENT OUT. A FRIEND OF OUR WAS QUOTE $350 FOR ENGINE WORK, TROY CHARGED $25 FOR AN ADJUSTMENT. TROY SPENDS A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE, BEFORE SWAPING PARTS. IF SPECIALTY WORK IS REQUIRED, HE ARRANGES TRANSFERS TO REASONABLE AND COMPETANT PEOPLE. GO TO TROY!!!!

Troy is scrupulously honest. He is the "family" mechanic - when my brother moved 45 miles away - he and his boys still bring their cars down to Troy. Troy has told us more than once that something doesn't need to be repaired. We trust him implicitly - and he stands by his work. He's the greatest!

Troy is scrupulously honest and will tell you if something is worth repairing. I was trying to hold off buying a new car while my daughter was in college and Troy knew that. I had an Isuzu Trooper that began falling apart a bit at a time and he kept it running - it also squeaked something awful. Troy told me it would cost a lot of money to fix the squeak and, "It ain't broke it's just embarssing." So, my Trooper happily squeaked it's way through my daughter's college education. We wouldn't let anyone but Troy and his guys work on one of our cars or trucks. My whole family takes our broken rides for his repair. My daughter and I broke down on the road several hundred miles from home. We called Troy because we didn't want to get ripped off by a stranger far from home. He talked to us about what was wrong, then talked to the mechanic we'd wound up with. They came to an agreement and Troy let us know what was a reasonable price and the optimal outcome - and how to tell if we got what we paid for. How many mechanics are going to take the time to care for their customers long distance? We appreciate his honesty, quality of service and dedication to his clients.
