Jack took on a challenge with my Honda (even though he said Hondas weren't his forte) and did the best he could. When he couldn't figure out the problem he called other mechanics and offered some options for us to pursue. He answered my questions over and over until I understood well enough to convey info to my husband so we could figure out what to do next. The cost for the diagnostic, time and advice was very reasonable.

Been using them for about 10 years under two proprietors/chief mechanics (Tom, now Jack). Prices are very reasonable; work is always reliable and on time; they keep my cars running for 8+ years, 200K + miles; very cost- conscious. Jack even offered to phone-screen a distant mechanic on an estimate for work on my college son's car. Only two mechanics, because he's fussy about who he hires.
