I've been using Dee and Walt's through several incarnations since 1966. First Dee and Walt themselves, then their son, and finally the present owner, Jerry. They have always stood behing their work, no questions. For example, back in 1987 they did a bad front-end alignment on my wife's 1976 Lincoln Continental (inherited from her father, and the second worst car we have owned) due to a damaged alignment system. When I took it back they replaced the ruined tires and re-aligned the front end, no charge for either. They don't often have to do that, since they usually don't screw up. They do cheerfully supply a ride to work when I need it.

Jerry is very honest. He will tell you if you are better off going somewhere else, and he will even recommend another place. Also, I thought that I would have to replace my wiper motor, but Jerry just cleaned the linkage so that I could get more miles out of it.
