I have had some really negative experiences with mechanic shops, particularly when I asked my young daughters to take in the car. After several excellent experiences with Chris at Capitol City, I know that I can send my wife or daughter there with any car problem and they will treat her with courtesy and respect, and will NEVER try take advantage of her. This is the kind of shop where you can go in and authorize the replacement of an expensive part, and get a call an hour later saying "Turned out that didn't need the part, it just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Only took us a minute. No charge." When you find a shop this honest, you go back with confidence.

Have had the pleasure of Chris working on my MB's for 10+ yrs and is part of the reason I still buy MB's. They only repair what is necessary--always alert me to what may need attention next time or in distant future--knows all the foibles of models and years--don't charge me for many small but important 'fix-its' or adjustments. Skilled mechanic, great businessman, dad devoted to his daughter!
