ABES (Alignment Brakes Exhaust Suspension) is run by Dan Smith. He does excellent work for a fair price and often delays maintenance when he believes that additional mileage can be driven before a part needs replacement (e.g., brakes). This man has frequently refused payment for inspecting my car or making minor adjustments even though his staff has spent the good part of an hour fiddling with it. (After being treated this way many times I finally sent him a thank you card with a $20 bill and ask that he buy a pizza or something for his staff. I mention this because I have been to too many "professional" shops who charge for just looking at your car and/or will only replace entire systems even though a part or two would suffice for the problem presented.) He exercises common sense. He has worked on my friend's cars and her kids' cars. I only wish that he worked on other systems, e.g., air conditioning. Oh well? VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
