They are very knowledgeable about Japanese and Domestic cars. They are honest, hardworking and sometimes even entertaining. They are also pretty good at getting the right answers to the car related questions on the radio show (and are all fans of the show, as am I). They do not always treat men and women exactly the same, they tend to be nicer to women, but not in a chauvanistic way. They stand by their estimates and get the job done right, when they say it will be done. They do not do much German work, but if you whine enough, they sometimes agree to take your BMW or Volkswagon (at least they have taken those of friends of mine, after I whined to them, and I am a really good whiner).

FRANK is from the Boston area orginally so we always comment on the lastest car talk episode when we go to the shop. We followed him over to Ace from IRC but it took us over a year to find him. As we told him you can run but you can't hide.
