I've taken two of my cars to this shop for brake service (Saturn and Mazda), and recevied excellent service at a very fair price both times. The owner is quite friendly, and his staff has appeared to be nothing but professional. Their communication skills are strong; both times, the staff made the effort to describe the repairs required and my available service options. I never felt like I was being pressured for service I did not need. Even though the shop may mot look like much, they have provided me with some of the most positive automotive repair services I have ever received. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this shop.

Sam, the owner, is a late 30's or 40ish Indian guy - as are almost all his mechanics - who is totally honest & straightforward, also a pretty good mechanic. It's an old gas station, kinda greasy and unkempt - I might not have even tried it if he didn't come so highly recommended - but I get the feeling I'm dealing with someone I can trust. The guy I bought my 88 Chevy van from had all kinds of work done there (he was very hyper about mechanically nitzing up the van , tranny radiator, heavy duty reg radiator, etc, lots of preventive moves to pull his travel trailer and never have any problems on the road - and knew what he was doing, and heartily recommended Sam's place). I like helping the little guys who don't have slick ads and yuppie come-ons, guys who are just good at getting folks back on the road, soundly but inexpensively, and stand behind their work.

I agree wholeheartedly. The shop, located at the base of a Freeway onramp, got my car back to me within a couple of hours, doing a complete brake job at a very reasonable price. I'll use them again.

As they are near my work, I started bringing our 3 vehicles for routine maintenance 10 years ago, and since have used no other. Brakes, water pumps, seals, tuneups, smog tests-- they've done all of thes many times for us. Sam, the owner, is honest and ethical. I am male and a hobbyist car restorer, and notice that he treats female customers fairly, and doesn't "snow" anyone regarding needed and unneeded repairs.

Sam, the owner of Auto Experts, has been my source of auto service and repair on my three vehicles for over 10 years. He is very good at diagnostics, and is not one to sell you something if you don't need it. His shop does not appear fancy, but his work and his crew are excellent. My hobby is automobile engine restoration (I rebuild engines), so I know a bit about engines. When I have a problem I can't solve, I go to Sam. I notice that he treats and charges both sexes equally. That's not always the case in all shops, I've suspected.
