Honest mechanic. Does fantastic work. He is not interested in churning out work, he is all about the return customers. Having new cars, I did not have to use that often. I have my parents use him exclusively, and truth be told, I kinda like my parents. I will even go so far to say I love them. When my Mother-in-Law passed away, I made arrangements to drive her from Southern California to the Bay Area. Yes, that is right I was going to drive her body, in a casket, 435 mi. Everyone looked at me like they were envisioning the scene in Vacation, when Chevy Chase straps his Mother-in-Law to the roof of the car. I started to hear odd noise from transmission days prior to the trip, so I took it to the only mechanic I trust. After taking it on a 30 minute test drive (Note: I was with him, so he wasn't out getting breakfast)he advised me to go to the dealership. He knew it was under warranty and wanted my transmission replaced. With his coaching, I was able to have all the work covered under warranty. That is customer service. He could have easily done the work himself, and I wouldn't know the difference. He is the best! The driving a casket across California...that is a whole other story.
