I first went to Scott when I has having serious problems with the Buick dealer making some bad diagnoses. I asked a neighbor who is a body repair person with a dealer and he recommended GM's only when I told him it was hard to find a good honest mechanic. I was first impressed when arriving at the shop, knowing already that the dealer's diagnosis of alternator bearing was not correct, and he was able to identify the problem as I was driving in. He was correct and the problem was solved. (It was the harmonic balancer. I continued to return to him as long as I owned the Buick, the last time because of intermittent heavy smoke from the transmission and use of a quart of tranny fluid very 100 miles or so. He could have taken me to the cleaners and I wouldn't have known the difference. It turned out to be a simple $87 repair. I am impressed with Scott's honesty and integrity. I only wished he worked on more than GM's. He is GM trained and maintains his training. I would recommend him to any GM owner.
