I came in and complained about my car pulling and the ware on the edges of my tires. I have always had my work done at the Lexus dealer. They sold me new tires and an alignment. When they were working on the tires they brought me out and showed me all the weight that the Lexus dealer had put on my wheels. With the new tire they balance and all the tires took very little weight. They then went to do the alignment and determined that I did not need an alignment. That really impressed me that they did not charge me for an alignment and showed me that I did not need it. The new tires they will rotate and check the balance for free and provided lifetime road hazard at no extra charge. The most impressive was while I was waiting I heard two customers comment to them this is why I keep coming back. I had to chime in and tell the second customer I keep hearing that and Im a believer.
