- I'm out of state and needed someone to listen to a ratcheting sound coming near my transmission. It was a late Friday afternoon but they jumped to it, identified the problem( loose flywheel bolts), fixed it in 45 minutes and saved a potential problem down the way. I felt like I was in a pit stop at a Nascar race!
