My family has used Keith's Automotive to maintain our cars for several years now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I trust the owner and his business, period. If the car does not need something the owner lets me know. The office is very nice and responsive in a down-to-earth way; no pretense. Everything they have done has been top notch and appropriately priced. I make a point of having my oil changed here because they let me know if there is anything that needs addressing. There is that sweet spot for value where you get good quality for reasonable money (i.e. not cut-rate on one end with poor quality, and overpriced for top quality), and this business gets it just right. The owner clearly follows the golden rule: treat the car and the owner just as you would want to be treated. The only reason I gave price just an "agree" is because there are probably places somewhere cheaper if I looked hard enough, but I doubt I could get the quality of work for any less, so you can up it to "Agree strongly" if you go for value rather than just the cheapest.
