When we first moved to Redding, CA we were having some trouble with some Goodyear tires that we purchsed in Arizona before we moved. We went to a Goodyear tire shop that was owned by a family friend in Davis, CA and they weren't very helpful. They said the best they could do is partially pay for new tires because they were a few months old. Shortly after the visit to the Davis, CA shop the tires got to the point where they needed to be replaced. We took the car to Carl's and Don immediately called Goodyear (while we waited) and got our tires replaced for FREE. He said that the problem shouldn't have occured in the first place and Goodyear would back their product. He was right, they put new tires on our vehicle and we have been taking our cars there for regular maintenance ever since. We always feel that they are fair and honest with us regardless of the problem. They are good about sending you to another shop if they can't take care of the problem there. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Redding area!
