We have been taking our Acuras to Precision for several years. It is hard to believe that a more professional, reliable and honest car repair business exists. This is a customer oriented establishment.

A good mechanic is hard to find and once found you never want to give them up. I have been taking my Honda cars to them since 1981. They have always been friendly, competent and reasonable. If I have a minor problem, like a burned out headlight, they make time to repair the problem on the spot. I would not take my cars anywhere else.

I've gone to Precision Auto for years and they've been consistently excellent in their quality of work.

We've taken our 2 Hondas to Precision for 5+ years, and always had excellent service. Kevin & Ben, the 2 "front office" guys, are wonderful--friendly, great at explaining what's wrong (and I know nothing about cars), and very good at indicating what really should be fixed now, what can wait until next time, and what they're keeping an eye on. Their prices are reasonable, they're willing to work with your schedule (they were willing to wait for me once when I was stuck in traffic and couldn't get there before their closing time), and the once or twice that they didn't get something right the first time they were proactive in making sure they made it right. We just moved, and one thing we will miss terribly is the guys at Precision Auto taking care of our cars.

If they have a current coupon they give all customers the special price. We knew they were trustworthy when multiple neighbors recommended them. It seems like half the town has a license plate surround from them.

I've found them honest and reliable. They found a radiator leak when the dealer did not. They showed it to me and explained the problem.I've used them for about 8 years. They suggested I get a new battery when my "sbs(?)" light came on. The dealer had said I needed to replace my airbags. The light went off after I got a new battery. About 2 yrs. later, light came on again. This time passenger air bag wasn't working. Their price for replacement was cheaper than dealer's, however I decided to take my chances and not replace it. They are cheaper than dealer for services. I love my red '96 Acura Integra GSR. (It replaced a "95 which was stolen and stripped in Long Beach, CA).I suppose I'll replace it someday, but wanta car that handles as well and is as peppy as this one. P.S. The thing I miss most about the stolen one is the personal license plate; GRRAMAZ, which the Dept. of Motor Vehicles has given me hassles about replacing. I now have "GRRAMUZ", but like the first one better.I drive it to substitute teaching (I'm a retired teacher), and to visit grandkids in So. CA. It's a lot more fun to drive than my husbands "04 Ford truck, which we use to haul our travel trailer, which we bought so Sally, the dog, can go along on trips. 'Wish the Acura could pull the trailer! Ellen Lathlean
