Works exclusively on VWs, uses only genuine VW parts, is 15 to 25 percent less expensive than the dealership (where he worked for 20 years) a couple of blocks away, is courteous, works with his son.

What a relief! I've been taking my 95 Jetta to the Pasadena VW dealership for years, and was getting more and more dissatisfied with them. Ashot (the mechanic) worked at the dealership for many years and now runs this great shop just down the road. I was having what I thought was suspension troubles, and they discovered it was simply bad bearings. A reasoable amount of money and a scant few hours later, the Jetta was smoothly humming along the highway up, up and away in the San Gabriel mountains overlooking Pasadena. I'm so glad I found this place!

One time my electric window wouldn't roll up. They made time for me and fixed it in one day at a very good price. If I lived there still, I would not hesitate to use their services.

Moved to San Gabriel CA two years ago with our 1998 Audi A6 Quattro. Found this shop by chance, and so far went there twice for the repair work that totaled around $2500, and felt that it was worth every penny. Albe (owner and chief mechanic) is very good at what he does, and I appreciate his honest attitude even more. My second repair about 3 months ago involved in quite a few things (timing belt, radiator, etc.), and he recommended genuine audi parts, what are very expensive and I just don't feel like spending more than I have to into a 10 year old audi, so I asked for some quality alternative parts, and he did some research and got all for me, and obviously saved me a lot of dough. I am pretty sure that I will have the rest of my audi repair done in this place until the time comes when we will buy a new car, and hopefully, that won't be many costly repairs left....
