I miss these guys! (We moved.) I had a 1977 450SL that had been somewhat abused (but it was cheap), so I saw these guys a lot. The first time I brought my car in, they just said they'd do the work and leave it parked and locked on the street so I could pick it up after work. Just mail them a check at my convenience--that's trust. They seem to practice the golden rule and I appreciated it. They're great diagnosticians--as a matter of fact, they've diagnosed two problems for me here over the phone. (They were right, the dealership was wrong.....and I told the dealership what they had suggested.) If you own ANY Mercedes, they'll take great care of it, and of you.

I used them for years. They took care of my Mercedes 300D from the time the factory warranty expired until we stopped driving it 5-6 years ago. Once Irwin had done some work on the brakes and called that evening saying he couldn't recall if he had torqued the wheel nuts properly. He asked us to leave the car here and he came to the house and checked. They had been torqued properly and everything was o.k.
