The place is run by Andy. I had called ahead to ask questions and he was very forthcoming and helpful in helping identify what I needed (brakes). He gave me a price over the phone, which was honored at time of work. Andy was not there but Lee was just as helpful. I waited for about an 1 1/2 hours, as I needed new rotors (this was verified by my husband--I did not know) because I had not told them I heard a grinding sound. The good news is I only needed one, and they only told me that I needed one. During my wait, about half a dozen customers came through. I questioned every one of them regarding their experiences, and they all responded positively. All of them were return customers. The guys are nice, pleasant, seem to be knowledgeable and honest. Andy has owned the shop for eight years, but he's worked their for over twelve. Great find!
