Dave's Auto repair was awesome. From the start, he was very honest and straighforward. His prcies are fair and he does fast service. The Volkswagen dealership was going to charge me $321 for labor. Dave only charged me $100. I would tell anyone to go to Dave's and I plan on spreading the word.(His specialty is Volkwagens!) Thank you Dave's for an amazingly positive car mechanic experience! Very honest, fair, pricing. Up to less than half the cost from the dealer. In fact, dealers along the Broadway Auto Row take their used cars to Dave to perform work and safety checks. His shop is very busy so you have to tell him exactly when you need the car back. I live and work within walking distance and he knows it and this often puts me on the lower part of his list. But, still, his crew does excellent work and I am very familiar with cars and know when I am being ripped off. I now take my vehicle, my wife's vehicle, and my son's vehicles to him for major and minor work. (My family lives 90 miles away and I still bring it to him.) He does everything from oil changes to engin swaps.
