I don't know very little about cars and have never been lead astray by R&S. They offer sound advice, good explanations, and reasonable prices. Their work is right the first time. I can depend on them -- Their service is worth a 45 minute drive in LA!

They ordered a part and fixed my car in a total of 1 hour. What could be better!

Called them once when the clutch went out on my wife, and she had the car towed to a shop near her work. Described the problem, gave the cost estimate to R&S - they said that's in line, standard work; I should go ahead and have other shop do work than try to tow it back home so they could work on it. They know I like to run my cars 10 years. Will work with me to suggest using rebuilt or used parts when appropriate.
