Long ago my husband told me that one of the best ways to judge an auto shop is by its cleanliness. Being a clean freak, I found this notion appealing... just as dust in the living room disturbs one's sense of equilibrium, so must dust in a car engine disturb its equilibrium. I think Eur-Asian Auto Werkes is a good shop. I believe that the owner is honest and diligent. And I do know that it's CLEAN, and that indicates some sense of pride, doesn't it? Or does it just mean they don't ever do any work?

For years, these guys worked on my mother's 1975 Chevy Monza when no one else in town seemed competent. She loved the Autowerks guys and used to bring them donuts. Had a tail light fixed on my 2000 Chevy Cavalier -- no charge. Smog for registration -- done while I waited. Driver's seat needed repair. Dropped it off yesterday afternoon. Done today. Man, I couldn't ask for better service.
