After getting my 60k service and brakes worked on, they recommended several additional services (fluid flushes, etc). Although the guys were friendly, their prices seemed excessively high.

Son's vehicle was stranded in Palo Alto when transmission imploded. Had it towed and did business entirely by telephone. (I live across the Bay). Larry's arranged getting the re-built and guaranteed the work, even if it is sub-contracted out to another shop. The AAA tow driver said the shop is so clean, you can eat off the floor.

They seem a bit on the expensive side, but they do good work, are always upfront about their prices, honest about what needs to be done and will let you know what can be put off. I have seen the garage, and it is amazingly clean. I have recommended them to friends, but caution about prices. To me it is worth it. I like that I can trust them.
