It is a fairly small repair shop, run by mechanics who used to work for an Acura dealership's service department. Once that dealership closed, the cream of the crop from the service department plus one of the service managers got together and opened their own shop. They are reliable, smart, don't cheat, are nice and I travel 45 minutes from my house in Hollywood to their shop in Monrovia, because I trust them infinitely. Public transportation? Are you kidding, this is Los Angeles. But the shop will put you in a rental car. So they make more than up for it. They don't just do Acuras but all other cars as well. They can take care of any problem you might have with you car and you can trust their advice and their judgment.

I have taken my car to more than at least five different mechanics for the same reason: it has trouble starting. Chuck and Jesse offered to put in a starter with a lifetime warranty on it, labor not included. They fixed it, but 8 months later I had the same problem once again. They replaced the starter, and waived the labor costs. They are always nice, never condescending, don't have naked girl calenars on their walls, and I actually TRUST them.

Chuck and Jesse are both factory trained Acura master mechanics. They have kept our Acuras - two Legends and a TL over the years - purring order, and manage to keep my Accord as reliable as new, in spite of my 100 mile per day freeway commute. When things do go awry, as things will, they diagnose accurately, explain thoroughly, remedy the problem expediently, and charge reasonably.
