We've been going to these guys for at least 16 years and have had the same great experience as the other folks who made comments. More than once they've checked something out or tweaked something at no charge. They know their best advertising is word of mouth, and it shows.

I had been going to them for 7 years or more...with four different cars, Dodge, VW, Honda & Infiniti. The service (for a number of years) was very good. It then slid down hill fast...after the 4th time of them keeping my car for days for repairs...not because of waiting for parts... just "too busy" ...it seemed that somehow the priorities had been lost and then I received questionable quotes on two jobs...I found that I had lost my trust in them...I had to find another shop. It was a shame because they had been a pleasure to deal with.
