The service manager (Simon) was patient, polite and accomodating. I thought I may need a new starter, but they ran a $30/30 min. test and found that the battery just needed to be replaced. Didn't try to scare me. Didn't charge me additional labor (above test price) to install new battery and wiring. Didn't keep me waiting. Truck runs great now. I will definitely be a repeat customer (though hopefully not anytime soon.)

I discovered this shop by accident when my truck engine blew up and I was towed to the nearest AAA-certified shop. They found and installed a used engine. Since then, I've had them work on my 120,000-mile Acura several times. About that "They respond well when they screw something up" question: After replacing the motor mounts on my Acura, the steering wheel was off-center. I pointed this out to them and they immediately put the car on the rack and fixed it, and apologized profusely. I like these guys. --J. Knight
