Norm and his brother Johnny are two of the most competant, honest, hard-working guys I've ever dealt with, in the car repair business or in any business. For 15 years they kept my preowned bmw and audis running smoothly. They did everything from regular maintanance service to major repairs, all without hassle and always with a smile. They treat all of their customers with honesty and respect. These guys are gems.

My past experience with mechanics was to have the job take 5x longer than necessary, and then be robbed blind; only to find out the mechanic was clueless about cars. To me, auto mechanics were just a smidge below used car salesmen and about as much fun as a stick in the eye. So you can image my shear joy at having found Norm's. The whole staff is knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. Not to mention fast. On occasion, I've driven straight to Norm's sure that the 1995 530i BMW was about to croak and had them diagnose the problem which, coincidentally, also solved what I thought was an unrelated problem. They've also told me when the problems weren't serious and just let me drive off without having the need to gouge me. These guys are good! Really good!
