I first went to Long Beach Autohaus after a Volvo dealer told us our 1990 740 needed $3K in repairs. We did not show John what the dealer said needed repaired - John went over our car with a fine-tooth comb. We talked about what he recommended be repaired, and asked about things on the dealer's list. He took us in and under the car, showing us the condition of each item with an explanation of why or why not for repairs. We never went back to the dealer. That was seven years ago. Since then, we have had major and minor repairs done (on-board computer, transmission, front end) and everything was repaired quickly and economically. I am moving from Long Beach, and will miss the entire staff of Long Beach Autohaus.

The crew at Long Beach Autohaus are funny and have a great sense of humor. If you have your car serviced there you won't have it any better!! There AWESOME!

I'd had some experience with the local MBZ dealership for a repair and knew that I had to find an independent shop to care for my 2001 CLK320. I asked around and found Scott & John with LB Auto Haus and have never looked back. This is an old fashioned neighborhood shop with mechanics who handle any problem and charge a fair price (for MBZ, at least!). Laura is the receptionist/scheduler/admin assistant and always answers the phone with a smile in her voice.
