Please correct my input: I put down they have loaners when actually shuttle service is provided. Very professional-meaning explanations of all options with respect to repair time and cost are provided. Specific recommendations for better service life of your vehicle are provided. Some are only things you can do. Kim (manager) cares strongly that you feel comfortable with repair service and goes out of his way to outline "need it now, okay to do it later, no sweat if you wait till next oil change" options. Work was done first thing in morning (this time just an oil and air filter change) as promised. Shop rigorously follows appointment policy- you make one, as I did "first thing in morning I will wait". I plan my next maintenance there-oil, coolant, steering fluid. I will update then. Everything I have seen so far is that this is a first class shop. "www.import-auto.com"
