I have an older ford vehicle which uses the older Air Conditioning system. Taking my car to Brad saved me a few hundred dollars in converting my system over to the new one instead of taking it to some other place. He used only genuine Ford parts and showed me everything that he installed and the old parts he took out. If something else came up that he didn't expect, he would charge me a very low price for the parts (lower then I dream of getting genuine Ford parts for) and fix it at an even lower rate (sometimes free!). He's a very honest man and takes the time to explain everything of what's going on with your car. I recommended him to a friend and she was treated just as nice. She related her story to me of how he showed her everything he did and treated her very curtiously. There was another part that needed to be replaced that wasn't expected, however, he just charged her (at cost) for the part and replaced it for free. This extra part put her over- budget for what she had on her, but he worked out a little payment option for her which allowed her to pay the rest off at another time. I found him a very honest hard working individual and would recommend anyone to go to him.
