Excellent service!!! This was my first time taking my KIA to Kensington service station. Jason was very friendly, honest, and now my car is running like a dream. He didn't try to swindle me, and, as a 22 year old girl, I appreciate that.

I was thrilled to discover this guy. He diagnosed an odd problem I'd had for years that no one ever had figured out -- even the pricey all-Mercedes garage I loved (before now!) Honest, smart, responsive and reasonably priced.

Jason is the best mechanic I've ever had. He is everything I look for in a mechanic: trustworthy, gives clear explanations of problems, and he's just a cool guy. Whenever he does any work, he gives a thorough treatment and will often do little things like replacing an o-ring if he's already got your axle taken apart. He can get swamped sometimes, so you should call ahead if you are planning to need service.

Jason is the best mechanic! If I could have scored his ability to explain problems and necessary repairs an even higher number I would have. He takes time to make sure I understand and doesn't use jargon. But the most impressive thing about Jason is his honesty. I brought my car in for something I thought was an issue (I thought my brake pads might need to be replaced). He took a look at them and compared what he saw to his records from my last visit and determined they didn't need to be replaced for a few months. I've been wary about trusting mechanics, because of past experience. But Jason is so great!
