I've only been there once, and don't expect to go there again since I'm from out of town, but I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Huntington Beach area. I dropped off my truck at 11:00 thinking I might have blown my head gasket and walked out of there with a $300 repair for a busted water pump and thermostat. I found their service to be extremely friendly and professional. I hate taking my truck to places I don't know, but I was very impressed by how clean and well-run their shop seemed to be.

I've never been dissatisfied w/ the quality of their work. The issues I had with them stemmed from not getting repair status/info. in a timely manner; for example, telling me that they'll get to me in 2 days, and then not hearing from them until I call them at the end of the 2nd day. Their labor rates are a bit higher than most independents, but it stems from their location, which is near some custom shops, specialists (german/british cars), and tuners.
