I've been taking my cars to this shop for at least 7 years. Chris and Jim are easily the most competent and honest mechanics I've ever found. As an example of their honesty (at least), they have repeatedly refused to replace my ball joints and tie rod ends, even though the newest car is a '94 with 180k miles. They say they can find no sign of wear. They've been right about everything else, so I keep my fingers crossed, and I plug my ears and sing loudly when Click and Clack say it's insane to drive for so long on the original equipment.

I am a women who doesn't know much about cars, but when I go to this shop they explain everything to me, they will let me know what is most important to fix and what I can hold off on until I am ready financially for the repairs needed. They kept me informed the whole time. To all you women who don't know where to go I suggest this shop.
