This is a local owner/operator shop. They have been terrific with my service (120,000+ miles on my subaru). Dealer maintenance shops have been screwing me for years. Found Raffi through a friend and have not looked back since. They are in the south bay of LA, they are very reasonably priced and do excellent same-day service. And they work on cars other than subarus. They have even done extra work for me without charge. I wish I had found them years ago would have saved me a ton of money and hassle at the dealerships plus done a better maintenance job of my car.

The manager/owner that worked with me was exceedingly approachable, friendly, honest and strightforward. He not only tuned up my 2.2 liter Subaru in under an hour ($100), but also fixed, free of charge, two stubborn glitches (with my trunk and my visor) that I have been living with for far too long. My visit to Raffi was my most positive experience with a mechanic in a long time. Highly recommended.
