Steve and Jim take care of my car and also my Aunt's, after I recommended her to them. I have also sent my boss there, since I know these guys are good and very honest. They continually point out that the expensive work I seem to ask for is not needed, and the work they do has been trouble free. They meet their commitments to me time sfter time, and the costs are generally below their inital estimates. After being burned by the dealer and large chains, these guys are a treasure!

I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 140k miles. Steve and Jim have now helped me to keep it running in tip-top shape for the last 60k miles. They have incredible prices for exceptional work, and are not afraid to tell it to you straight about what work your car needs, or doesn't need!! Several times I have gone to them for second opinions where they would say something like, "oh, the 'serpentine belt' that other shop said you needed? We can replace it right now for cheap, or you maybe just want to wait until it breaks and then come on in. You could probably get a lot more life out of the fan belt you have." That fan belt has lasted me 20k more miles now. Even now that I have moved to Santa Barbara, I still went back to them after not being able to find comparable mechanics in SB that have Drulis Bros' honesty, good prices, and technical ability. I never write recommendations, usually because I'm too busy/lazy; but these guys have just been too great.
