the Only thing I can add to the above statement is the following: All companies are in the business of making money (including them), but they make you feel like they are in business only to make you sick car better.

I take my car to them from the Marin area. My daughter lives in this area and they have done a good job for her and at a reasonable price. One of her friends recommended them to her. One employee worked at Ford and is aware of Ford problems. He knows the specks such as how much oil a car should burn within factory specks. They found an electrical problem that others could not find. They have quoted me a price and given me a lower final bill more tha once. This is a good indication that their price is fair. They check the car for other problems when doing repairs. I feel safe when the car is returned to me.
