These guys provide great service at fair prices. I have taken my Audi and VW there for service and their mechanics have always been able to diagnose problems and fix them in a reasonable and timely manner. They are also very honest about giving realistic estimates for repair and sticking to them.

I brought my Passat there twice. Anil the owner/mechanic is patient and knowledgable. He went to bat for me with VW of America in getting reimbursed for a repair that was due to dealership fault. I feel like I could ask him any question and he'll give me a honest no nonsense response.

I needed an alternator replaced on a 2003 Passat V6 4mo . I usually do all my own repairs, but this required a little something extra. On this model, it requires placing the car in 'service position' - basically removal of the front end of the car! For an alternator!! The shop was very familiar with the issues, knew that there were several types of alternator on this model and that regardless of what the VIN indicated, it requires removal of the old part to know what is needed for replacement. All good signs of a mechanic that 'has been there before'. They stayed open a bit later than normal to allow me to pick it up and even provided a much needed coolant change, at their cost!! I will be going back when the timing belt needs replacement (about 10k mi ago!!). Still, I would recommend this shop.
