This shop is a throwback -- an independent general automotive shop. It's also very messy -- junk cars everywhere, piles of used parts on the shop floor, cigarette smoke, cussing and swearing, etc. BUT -- and this is a big, important but -- they did good work for me, and Terry the owner seems to be a good guy. I got some work done here that would have been twice as expensive at the dealership. And they fixed something else for free. If you can get past the location and the environment, I think ATR will do a good job for you.

They maintain three vehicles of mine, a Chevrolet truck, Mercedes Benz 300 turbo diesel and astro, to there honest I took the car in once and told terry that I needed the rear brakes changed. They were grinding. He some time later and said that new breaks weren't needed that there was a pebble caught in the breaks. No charge. They fixed the air on a ford I had. It lost the coolant within a couple of weeks. I took it back. They fixed the problem (a leak that they had missed). No charge and it was not the cheap coolant. I have recommended them to several friends and have never had anyone come back to me with a bad comment. Thanks Mike Annucci
