I've been going to Volvo Specialists for about 15 years. I first found them when looking for someone to work on an old ('89?) 240 which had a rare hybrid V-6. Every mechanic I called refused to work on it, saying it was a terrible engine not worth the touble. Dave, the owner, not only worked on it, but respected it for the fine piece of clockwork that it was. In fact, his "loaner" was a station wagon with the same engine. That car is long gone, but I stick with Volvos, and continue to use this shop, even though I now live 35 miles away. Honest, no unnecessary work done, and what's done is done right the first time. Never had a problem with these folks. Go for it!

Dave, Charlie and Renee are friendly, experienced and know Volvos as much as anyone I have ever been to. I would take my car to them any time, because I know they have the knowledge and experience to figure the problem and solve it.
