The owner and mechanic of this shop is honest and friendly. He is always looking out for the best interests of his customers and their cars, which is hard to find in mechanics. He owns a small business, so he does not pull through hundreds of cars per week, but instead puts time and care into each car he is working on. He specializes in German and Japanese cars, but works on other cars as well. If you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust, this is the shop to go to!

The owner, Tom, tells it like it is. He will tell you exactly what the problem is, even if it means you decide not to get the work done. He definitely puts customer satisfaction above his personal interests. It is important to me that my mechanic be honest so that I trust that when they say work needs to be done, it is not unnecessary. Tom has even told me when I get can work done cheaper from somewhere else, such as when a shop that rebuilds and installs a part can price lower because they do the parts themselves, where Tom has to buy them. The area may be a bit intimidating as it is very industrial, but he is surrounded by other shops and types of businesses and it is a very friendly place. Even when his prices are more (which they often aren't since he doesn't tell me that I need unnecessary work like most other shops), it is worth it to know that you are paying for future satisfaction!
