my mechanic has bent over backwards at times to help get my car fixed. partly i think because i don't have alot of cash to throw around like the other customers do. my car is 10 years old but with their help it is in great shape. they fix all the little stuff for me at no charge which helps ALOT because there were alot of little things broken (ie knobs, sensors, cosmetic details). i make up for it every time there is a major repair. :)

I trust Mickey (owner) and he's very personable, but the rest, I'm not so sure. Quick notes: 1. One time, I took my car to Crevier BMW (i had no choice at the time) for some radiator repair that cost me around $1000. When I drove off the lot, the check engine light went off. I went straight to Mickey (instead of turning back because I was afraid that Crevier would find a way to charge me again) and he looked under the hood, plugged the sensor connectors and didnt charge me (thats the kinda person he is). Obviously, Crevier was not very thorough. 2. Mickey drove me to my work (2x) in his new M3 when I needed to leave my car. 3. Mickey was very thorough in showing me why he thought my wheel bearing was faulty before doing the work. With the car on the lift, he made me turn the right wheel versus the left wheel to feel for the difference. In short, it was an eye opener diagnosis. I can go on and on because I have so many money saving experiences with Mickey but I am waiting for my free car wash at Crevier and I am using their network to pretty much bad talk them...and my car was is done.
