Joyce Bayer, the store manager, was professional and friendly. The final price was actually about $100 less than the estimate. They replaced my wheel bearings and fixed my front brakes. The work was done in a timely manner and I even got a 10% AAA discount.

My daughter brought her Saturn in the shop because the horn didn't work. They told her that the problem was near the air bag and they advised taking it to the Saturn dealer. They did not charge her for diagnosing the problem. They have been very helpful several times. I would not hesitate to bring my car or truck in their shop. One of the few places I can trust to do a good job.

We have been going to the Car Czar for years but things have changed. I no longer trust the advice from the mechanics. It seems like they get paid to sell you more repairs. If you go to the Car Czar be sure to get a second opinion on any addition work they say you need.
