I was given Ledezma T&M's number from a different exhaust specialist that didn't had the catalytic converter that I needed in stock. Out of 5 mechanics, they were the only one that listened to my "emergency" and told me what seemed to be wrong, how they would solve the problem, the amount of time that it should take, and the total cost, all on the phone. They were also the cheapest out of the 5 different mechanic shops that I checked. They also took the time to explain why I needed an OBD II catalytic converter and why California cars' converters cost more than any other state. They also showed me the honey comb that was in my converter and showed me what it should look like. They welded a new catalytic converter onto my Wrangler in only 45 mins when the estimate time was only and hour. There also wasn't any extra parts, testing, etc. that I had to pay for. The estimate and total were exactly the same.
