I gave up going to the Ford dealer when I was charged to replace something that turned out not needing to be replaced. When informed them of this they said "tough luck". The good folks at Becka were thorough, prompt, and fair in price- with a guarantee if I was not satisfied with their work to please let them know. They showed me the problem and explained how to fix it, and then personally drove me to my job. Thanks Becka Automotive.

They are always honest and will recommend which repairs to do first, if applicable. They'll also provide digital (printed) pictures of their work, before and after. They provide friendly pick-up/drop-off service. Unsure of their warranty/guarantee on their work as I've never had a problem.

These guys are great!!! I had to have my Firebird fixed as it flunked the smog test, and I had to take it to a state certified repair place. This place tried fixing my car based on the diagnostic results, first, by just tuning it up, that didn't work, so they changed the fuel pump and that managed to get it to pass the smog test at a final cost $1000.00 and 4 weeks of having my car sit in their shop. The end result was it ran rough, and 2 days later, the "service engine light" came back on. I investigated your web site to try to find a good recommendation for a repair facility in my area, and Becka Automotive had the best rating. I took my car in, and they identified a different part that had gone bad in one day, at less than $500.00, and it now runs like it did when I first got it. I highly recommend Becka Automotive for anybody needing a good reputable repair facility.

In the past Becka repaired my 2000 Pontiac Firebird and the complete experience was excellent. This time they repaired my 1994 Ford Explorer and my experience was exactly the same. One day to identify and diagnose the problem and picked up my vehicle the next day. I would highly recommend Becka Automotive to anyone who is looking for an honest repair shop with excellent customer service.
