Ted's is a family run Shop and is always up front with me. I'm never pressured to have any thing done, they Are courteous and helpful and I've always been very satisfied with thier work.Last year I had an intermittent engine miss that I took to another shop to have repaired, they couldn't find the problem wanted to keep the truck and charge $250.00 to trouble shoot, with no guarantee of finding the problem.I took it to Ted's to have the injectors cleaned.they found the problem while cleaning the injectors, to be a computer problem.I told Ted that I could change out the computer myself with a rebuilt one.Problem solved. since then Ted's gets all my business. They just rebuilt My differential that another shop Muffed up with the Ring and pinion set up. They did a great job. Thanks Bob Jones

I have taken my vehicles to Ted's for over 20 years. My wife will not take her car anywhere else. She has sent several of her female friends there because she likes the way they treat her. They stand by their work and don't charge for unnecessary work.

I found Ted's Garage from looking in MECHX; took my car in with one of those aggravating occasional tapping noises on sharp right or left turns, and mentioned my idle speed of 30 mph which two Ford dealerships told me could not be fixed as it was "set at the factory". Ted diagnosed and fixed my high-speed idle, it was a bad air control motor. I'll save the cost of the repair in gasoline and brake jobs!! We're still looking for the blasted occasional tapping, but it's not the boots or the bearings. I'd recommend him highly for professionalism and courtesy to female drivers who can never explain noises the same way men can.

Great shop! Did a very professional job and completed the work fairly quickly. Only fixed what needed to be done and seemed to be very honest. His prices were very fair. I will definatly be bring all my cars to him for now on.

I am a Logistics Manager with a local non profit and we use Ted's to service our fleet. They are quick, courteous, and reasonably priced. They stand by their work and do a great job. In addition to our company's fleet, I also trust them with my personal cars.

I did not complete the survey, since they have only worked on my car once, it did not seem practical to make a sweeping assessment. However, they were extremely pleasant and patient over the phone. Their key feature, in my mind, was that they were realistic with me, and did not attempt to pressure or overwhelm me based on their superior understanding of cars. I have high praise for their pricing, as well as their promptness and extreme courtesy. They come across as if they have been doing the work for a very long time, and seemed just fine with dealing with my limitations as a car-owner and customer. Thank you to the shop, and to this site, which helped build a little trust in the scary process of selecting a mechanic.
